General Return Guidelines

  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all tags, paperwork, manuals, or accessories.

  • Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.

How to Return

  • To return an item for any reason, please fill out our return form found in the Customer Service section of our website and submit it.

  • We will review your request and issue an authorized return number within 1–2 business days.

  • Returned packages may take 3–10 business days from receipt to be inspected.

Return Costs & Restocking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If returned items are not in the same condition as when sent, we may refuse the package or return it to you, and shipping charges will apply.

  • Returned merchandise may incur a minimum 30% restocking fee, depending on item condition.

  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • For free shipping or promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted if the order is returned.

Tip: We suggest using a traceable delivery method for all returns. We cannot refund or replace items without proof of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Claims must include a photo displaying the issue.

  • Resolution of claims typically takes 1–8 business days after submission.

Refunds

  • Return credit will be issued after inspection of returned item(s) is completed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

International or Military (APO, FPO, MPO) Returns

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for additional charges such as handling or customs fees.


Refused / Undeliverable Packages

  • If you wish to have your order reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.

  • If unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, the package will be treated as a regular return, with a 10% restocking fee.

  • In-store Pickup Orders not picked up within 7 days of arrival will be treated as refused. A 10% restocking fee will apply.


Ineligible Items for Return

  • Clearance, special sale, promotional, or special order items.

  • All fashion jewelry and cosmetics are final sale.

  • Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, damaged, missing pieces, or missing packaging materials.
